My focus includes early-stage venture creation, investment management, and board advisory—partnering with founders to bring transformative solutions to market, to maximize long-term value.
From chemistry to biology to biotech investing, I’ve built a track record of turning ambiguity into action—whether leading a program, building from scratch, or advising executive teams. I work fluidly across functions, synthesizing cross functional input into sharp, forward-moving decisions. With a reputation for managing across all levels—guiding senior stakeholders or empowering teams—I deliver strategic clarity and foster strong, collaborative execution.
I am also the founder of The Science of Colors, a nonprofit making science accessible through creative outreach, and co-creator of amplifyHERscience Stories (aHs), a Yale ventures podcast, sharing the journeys of biotech innovators.
Outside of work, I’m an attempting Ashtangi, a weekend baker (on-brand for a chemist), and a traveler with a love for U.S. national parks (42/63).
